I have always been very happy with Dr Bruno Capones care and kindness during my tragic difficulty I have suffered much trauma but he has managed to impress me with his easy to talk to manner and kindness. It helps me feel there are some people I can truly trust regardless of bad experiences. I would recommend them to my family or friends if I needed to and my dad is another very satisfied customer as well. I know I am lucky to get such nice treatment and although all people should be as easy to get along with always anyway, individually we are very pleased with rapport its not always my experience of such understanding people or my families unfortunately, so thank god for small but significant blessings. Dr Capone always looks very kind, smart and presentable and has a straight forward but compassionate manner, direct no time wasting or over fuss which is much satisfactory he seems to know his stuff with my tragic situation he seems to know how to handle some nice kind people like myself but who are difficultly affected with patients history's like mine I rarely feel able to say a more formal thank you so this survey is helpful, well done, it caught my eye and although it can be difficult to type I thought I would like to comment and say a big thank you to Bruno for being the right amount of everything we have needed. When my specialised doctor recommended someone new I was very tentative with trust issues but well done Dr Capone for putting me at my ease and my family they never point the finger or seem unknowing of how to help, he perfectly compliments Dr Worthley with my care and my case, we cannot say highly enough how good its been to find him. I commend their manner with the right balance for tragic circumstance sufferers which I hope will please them and possibly others who support their great ethic we need more ways to have persons behave alike to it, the world would much benefit!!! I have never felt understaffed sometimes appointments cannot be got when I am suffering a particular ailment which is my only quibble but I can see why they are popular!!! Many thanks for your help I believe the reception staff seem helpful to my dad and they seem kind and caring when I had a chance chat about a vaccination the other day they seem very usefully having of information and kindly providing of useful links to ways to chat about my condition with others who might know more about my ability to have vaccines or not, I am not sure if that's relevant to this survey. Many thankyous to anyone who has helped my family hopefully Dr Capone can see these comments I can show him myself if he does not get a copy but hopefully he will be shown I hope very much its helpful and useful to get glowing reviews or personal pats on the back for doing a good job and for other patients hopefully there are not that many with trust issues and tragic long term rare disorders like mine but anyone who needs to know of compassion might be able to take my word on it I am bed bound and have found Dr Capone very dignified and care giving greatly careful of my needs while seeming to know his knowledge of how to act regardless of my bed bound difficulty its much useful for us we cannot sing his praises highly enough I am sure you get many good glowing reviews but hopefully this will warm his and his family or friends hearts I am sure he will use the right amount of discretion over who to share it with!!! Many thanks for an overall very good experience hopefully we will go onto share or have many more.

The people in reception are simply not able to deal with the number of enquiries digital, physical or telephone hence are unable to process them and are Sounding very stressed.

I have found the practice extremely helpful. Receptionists are friendly, efficient and do their best to give me what I need or to suggest an alternative. No always easy to see the doctor I would prefer, but there are always appointments in an emergency

Practice is a joke! 4 weeks to see my doctor who knows me and my problems! Just gets worse and worse, you should be ashamed!
